This course was developed by a Certified Athletic Therapist and Pediatric Physiotherapist to give you and your daughter/young soccer athlete the 101 on all things Soccer Wellness. Through the course, you and your young athlete will learn the common types of soccer injuries, how they happen, what can be done to try and prevent them and what to do if an injury happens. Other topics covered that will help you get a competitive edge include:

- season periodization
- mindfullness for sports
For female soccer athletes aged 12-16.
