Refund policy

 

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.  It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping of the product(s), or can drop off at our clinic location in Ottawa.  If the product was delivered damaged we will ship or deliver a new one at no extra cost. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.  We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase.  Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
